When we first met UrbHai we assumed she was a producer on a short working
visit to the Uk.
Little did we know what we were in store for!!
Urban Haiku's first mic session was one of those moments that sticks with
you for a long time. Her ferocious growl, syncopated stylings and twisted
spitting tongue hit us like a runaway freight train.
From that session came the rufcut 4 Track Demo, an introduction to UrbHai's
lyrical tour de force and the start of a year's recording that has been
uplifting, challenging and just plain damn fine.
The carbon logic team are privileged and excited to announce that Urban
Haiku will be releasing her debut recordings on carbon logic records.
